This policy explains what personal information ZAURAQ CONTINENTALS (PRIVATE) LIMITED collects through this website, why it is collected and how long it is kept.
What we collect
When you submit a quotation request, we record what you enter: your name, company, country, email address, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, the product and quantity you are asking about, packaging and destination details, your target price and delivery date where you give them, and any message you write.
We also record, automatically, the page you submitted the form from, the site that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. This tells us which pages produce genuine enquiries and helps us identify automated submissions.
Browsing the site without submitting a form does not create a record about you. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and correspond with you about it; to understand which products and markets buyers are asking about; and to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where fulfilling your enquiry requires it, we may share the relevant commercial details with the supplier, inspection agency or freight forwarder involved in your shipment.
How long we keep it
Quotation requests are kept as commercial records for as long as we may need them for the business relationship and for any legal or tax obligation that applies. Internal administrative logs are automatically deleted after 365 days.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure, which may be located outside Pakistan. Access is restricted to authorised staff, all administrative access is logged, and passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@zauraqcontinentals.com and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights over your data, those rights apply and we will honour them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page.
This policy describes how the website actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer against the specific jurisdictions Zauraq sells into, and should be before launch.
